WHY FOOT SPRAY?

- 4 oz. of magnesium oil
- 10 drops Lavender Essential Oil
- 10 drops Roman Chamomile Essential oil
Take glass spray bottle (4 oz. or larger) and pour the ingredients into it. Shake it well and spray! This will provide for 24-28 applications.
